นิติบุคคลใดได้มาซึ่งที่ดินใน เปลี่ยนสภาพเป็น ขณะที่ไม่ต้องด้วยบทบัญญัติของมาตรา ๙๗และ ต่างด้าว มาตรา ๙๘ถ้าภายหลังมีสภาพต้องด้วยบทบัญญัติใน มาตรา ๙๗หรือมาตรา ๙๘ให้นำบทบัญญัติมาตรา ๙๕ มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
