ในกรณีที่นิติบุคคลตามมาตรา ได้มาไม่ชอบ ๙๗หรือมาตรา ๙๘จะได้มาหรือต้องจำหน่ายไปซึ่ง สิทธิในที่ดิน ให้นำบทบัญญัติในหมวด ๘มาใช้บังคับ โดยอนุโลมและให้นิติบุคคลดังกล่าวมีหน้าที่และ ความรับผิดเช่นเดียวกับที่กำหนดไว้สำหรับคนต่างด้าว และบุคคลทั่วไป
