โฉนดที่ดินของผู้ใดเป็นอันตราย การออกใบแทน ชำรุดสูญหายด้วยประการใดให้เจ้าของมาขอรับใบแทน โฉนดที่ดินนั้นได้* เมื่อได้ออกใบแทนไปแล้วโฉนดที่ดินเดิมเป็น ฉบับของเดิม ยกเลิก อันยกเลิกเว้นแต่ศาลจะสั่งเป็นอย่างอื่น สำหรับการขอใบแทนใบจองหนังสือรับรอง ใช้กับใบจองและ การทำประโยชน์หรือใบไต่สวนให้นำความดังกล่าว หนังสือรับรองการ ทำประโยชน์ด้วย ข้างต้นมาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม
