ในกรณีที่นิติบุคคลได้มาซึ่งที่ดิน กรณีได้มาเกิน เกินกำหนดตามความในมาตรา ๘๔เมื่อประมวล สิทธิ/การจำหน่าย กฎหมายนี้ได้ใช้บังคับแล้วให้นิติบุคคลดังกล่าวจัดการ จำหน่ายภายในห้าปีถ้าไม่จำหน่ายที่ดินภายในเวลาที่ กำหนดให้อธิบดีมีอำนาจจำหน่ายที่ดินนั้น และให้นำ บทบัญญัติเรื่องการบังคับจำหน่ายที่ดินตามความใน หมวด ๓มาใช้บังคับโดยอนุโลม ๗๐
