Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedคนต่างด้าวจะได้มาซึ่งที่ดินก็โดย ได้มาโดย อาศัยบทสนธิสัญญาซึ่งบัญญัติให้มีกรรมสิทธิ์ใน สนธิสัญญา อสังหาริมทรัพย์ได้ และอยู่ในบังคับบทบัญญัติแห่ง ประมวลกฎหมายนี้ด้วย ภายใต้บังคับมาตรา ๘๔คนต่างด้าวดังกล่าว จะได้มาซึ่งที่ดินเพื่อใช้เป็นที่อยู่อาศัย ประกอบกิจการ ในทางพาณิชยกรรมอุตสาหกรรมเกษตรกรรมการ สุสานการกุศลสาธารณะหรือการศาสนาต้องเป็นไป ตามเงื่อนไขและวิธีการซึ่งกำหนดโดยกฎกระทรวง* และต้องได้รับอนุญาตจากรัฐมนตรี
