Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedคนต่างด้าวที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้ กิจการใหม่สิทธิ ที่ดินเพื่อกิจการใดถ้าได้รับอนุญาตใหม่ให้ใช้ที่ดินนั้น น้อยลงต้อง เพื่อกิจการอื่นซึ่งจำนวนที่ดินที่ได้รับอนุญาตนี้ลดลง จำหน่ายส่วนเกิน ให้จำหน่ายที่ดินส่วนที่เกินนั้นภายในเวลาที่อธิบดี กำหนดซึ่งไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวัน แต่ไม่ให้ เกินหนึ่งปี ถ้าพ้นกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าว ให้อธิบดีมี * กฎกระทรวงฉบับที่๘(พ.ศ.๒๔๙๗)ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติ ให้ใช้ประมวลกฎหมายที่ดินพ.ศ.๒๔๙๗ ** กฎกระทรวงฉบับที่๘(พ.ศ.๒๔๙๗)ออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติ ให้ใช้ประมวลกฎหมายที่ดินพ.ศ.๒๔๙๗ ๗๓ อำนาจจำหน่ายที่ดินนั้น
