คนต่างด้าวผู้ใดได้รับอนุญาตให้ ไม่ปฏิบัติตาม ได้มาซึ่งที่ดินตามความในมาตรา ๘๗วรรคสองถ้า เงื่อนไข ไม่ได้ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่คณะรัฐมนตรีกำหนด ให้ จำหน่ายที่ดินส่วนที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ได้มาเกินกว่า จำนวนที่กำหนดไว้นั้นภายในเวลาที่อธิบดีกำหนดซึ่ง ไม่น้อยกว่าหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันแต่ไม่ให้เกินหนึ่งปีถ้า พ้นกำหนดเวลาดังกล่าวให้อธิบดีมีอำนาจจำหน่าย ที่ดินนั้น
