คนต่างด้าวที่ได้รับอนุญาตให้มีและ ไม่ใช้ต้องจำหน่าย ใช้ที่ดินเพื่อกิจการใดถ้าไม่ใช้ที่ดินนั้นต่อไปหรือได้ใช้ ที่ดินเพื่อกิจการอื่นโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตใหม่ให้จัดการ จำหน่ายที่ดินนั้นภายในเวลาที่อธิบดีกำหนดซึ่งไม่น้อย กว่าหนึ่งร้อยแปดสิบวันแต่ไม่ให้เกินหนึ่งปี ถ้าพ้น กำหนดเวลาดังกล่าวให้อธิบดีมีอำนาจจำหน่ายที่ดินนั้น
