บทบัญญัติในมาตรา ๘๗มิให้ ไม่กระทบจำนวน กระทบกระเทือนแก่ที่ดินของคนต่างด้าวที่มีอยู่แล้ว ก่อนกฎหมาย เกินกำหนดตามความในมาตรา ๘๗ก่อนวันที่ประมวล กฎหมายนี้ใช้บังคับส่วนผู้ที่มีที่ดินอยู่แล้วน้อยกว่า กำหนดหรือผู้ที่ได้จำหน่ายที่ดินเดิมของตนไปอาจ ได้มาซึ่งที่ดินได้อีก แต่รวมแล้วต้องไม่เกินกำหนดตาม มาตรา ๘๗
