Consolidated edition — not the text as first promulgatedเมื่อคนต่างด้าวได้รับอนุญาตให้ เงื่อนไขการใช้ ได้มาซึ่งที่ดินเพื่อกิจการใดผู้รับอนุญาตต้องใช้ที่ดิน ประโยชน์ เพื่อกิจการนั้นจะใช้เพื่อกิจการอื่นไม่ได้ เว้นแต่จะ ได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้เพื่อกิจการอื่นใหม่ตามจำนวนที่ไม่ เกินกำหนดในมาตรา ๘๗ถ้าจะไม่ใช้ที่ดินตามที่ได้รับ อนุญาตนั้นต้องแจ้งให้ทราบตามแบบและวิธีการที่ ๗๒ กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง* ภายในกำหนดสามสิบวันนับ แต่วันไม่ใช้ที่ดินนั้น คนต่างด้าวผู้ใดประสงค์จะใช้ที่ดินเพื่อกิจการ ใช้กิจการใหม่ อื่นใหม่ ให้ขออนุญาตใหม่ต่อรัฐมนตรีตามแบบและ วิธีการที่กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง** ถ้ารัฐมนตรีเห็นสมควร ก็ให้มีอำนาจอนุญาต
