ผู้ใดโดยรู้อยู่แล้วหรือจงใจไม่ปฏิบัติตามหมายเรียกหรือคำสั่งของ อธิบดีหรือผู้ซึ่งอธิบดีมอบหมายหรือสรรพากรจังหวัด เจ้าพนักงานประเมินผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัด หรือ กรรมการที่ออกตามมาตรา ๑๒ตรี มาตรา ๑๙มาตรา ๒๓หรือมาตรา ๓๒หรือไม่ยอมตอบคำถาม เมื่อซักถาม ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งเดือน หรือปรับไม่เกินสองพันบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
