ผู้ใด
(๑) โดยรู้อยู่แล้วหรือโดยจงใจแจ้งข้อความเท็จ หรือให้ถ้อยคำเท็จหรือตอบคำถาม ด้วยถ้อยคำอันเป็นเท็จ หรือนำพยานหลักฐานเท็จมาแสดงเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการเสียภาษีอากรตาม ลักษณะนี้ หรือ
(๒) โดยความเท็จ โดยฉ้อโกงหรืออุบาย หรือโดยวิธีการอื่นใดทำนองเดียวกัน หลีกเลี่ยงหรือพยายามหลีกเลี่ยงการเสียภาษีอากรตามลักษณะนี้ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกตั้งแต่สามเดือนถึงเจ็ดปี และปรับตั้งแต่สองพันบาทถึงสองแสน บาท
