ผู้ใดนำเข้าหรือส่งออกซึ่งยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท๒ประเภท ๓ หรือ ประเภท ๕ หรือวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ในประเภท ๒ ประเภท ๓ หรือประเภท ๔ เสื่อมคุณภาพ อันเป็น การฝ่าฝืนตามมาตรา ๕๔ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ ผู้ใดจำหน่ายซึ่งยาเสพติดให้โทษในประเภท ๒ ประเภท ๓ หรือประเภท ๕ หรือวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ ในประเภท ๒ ประเภท ๓ หรือประเภท ๔ เสื่อมคุณภาพ อันเป็นการฝ่าฝืนตามมาตรา ๕๔ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินหนึ่งปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองหมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก หนา้ ๖๗
