ผู้ใดจำหน่ายวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ตั้งแต่สองชนิดขึ้นไปหรือจำหน่ายวัตถุออกฤทธิ์และ ยารวมกันหลายขนาน โดยจัดเป็นชุดไว้ล่วงหน้า เพื่อประโยชน์ทางการค้าอันเป็นการฝ่าฝืนมาตรา ๙๖ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสองแสนบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ
