(๒๑) ในอัตราค่าธรรมเนียม ท้ายประมวลกฎหมายนี้ ให้ตกเป็นของสำนักงาน อย. เพื่อเป็นค่าใช้จ่ายในการปฏิบัติหน้าที่เกี่ยวกับ ยาเสพติดให้โทษและวัตถุออกฤทธิ์ หรือเป็นค่าตอบแทนแก่ผู้ปฏิบัติงานตามมาตรา ๑๙ ทั้งนี้ ตามระเบียบที่รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุขประกาศกำหนดโดยความเห็นชอบของกระทรวงการคลัง
