ผู้รับอนุญาตผู้ใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามหมวดนี้ หรือกฎกระทรวง หรือ ประกาศที่ออกตามหมวดนี้ ให้รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข โดยการเสนอแนะของคณะกรรมการควบคุมยาเสพติด ผู้อนุญาต หรือผู้อนุญาตโดยความเห็นชอบ ของคณะกรรมการควบคุมยาเสพติด แล้วแต่กรณี ว่ากล่าวตักเตือน สั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาต หรือเพิกถอน เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๗๓ ก หนา้ ๓๓ ใบอนุญาต ตามสมควรแก่กรณี ตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข กำหนดในกฎกระทรวง
