ผู้ถูกสั่งพักใช้ใบอนุญาตจะขอรับใบอนุญาตใด ๆ ในระหว่างถูกสั่ง พักใช้ใบอนุญาตอีกไม่ได้ ผู้ถูกเพิกถอนใบอนุญาตจะขอรับใบอนุญาตใด ๆ ตามหมวดนี้อีกไม่ได้ จนกว่าจะพ้นสามปี นับแต่วันที่ถูกเพิกถอนใบอนุญาต ในกรณีที่นิติบุคคลถูกเพิกถอนใบอนุญาต ให้นำความในวรรคสองมาใช้บังคับกับกรรมการ ผู้จัดการ และผู้รับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงานของนิติบุคคลนั้นด้วยโดยอนุโลม
