การยื่นคำขอ การแจ้ง หรือการติดต่อใด ๆ และการออกเอกสารหลักฐานต่าง ๆ ตามกฎกระทรวงนี้สามารถดำเนินการโดยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ได้ โดยให้ดำเนินการตามกฎหมาย ว่าด้วยวิธีปฏิบัติราชการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ในกรณีที่มีเหตุไม่สามารถดำเนินการโดยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ตามวรรคหนึ่งได้ ให้ดำเนินการ ณ ศูนย์ฟื้นฟูสภาพทางสังคมที่อยู่ในพื้นที่หรือโดยวิธีการทางไปรษณีย์ลงทะเบียนตอบรับ เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๕๔ ก หนา้ ๒๒
