การฟื้นฟูสภาพทางสังคมด้านการศึกษา ในกรณีที่ผู้เข้ารับการฟื้นฟูสภาพทางสังคม ไม่ได้เข้าศึกษาในสถานศึกษาใดหรืออยู่ระหว่างพักการศึกษา ให้ศูนย์ฟื้นฟูสภาพทางสังคมร่วมกับ กระทรวงศึกษาธิการหรือหน่วยงานอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้องจัดให้ผู้เข้ารับการฟื้นฟูสภาพทางสังคมได้รับการศึกษา โดยคำนึงถึงเพศ อายุ ครอบครัว ภาระ สถานะทางการเงิน และสภาพร่างกายและจิตใจของผู้เข้ารับ การฟื้นฟูสภาพทางสังคม
