Preamble

เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๑๔ ก หนา้ ๔ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดอัตรำกำรจ่ำยเงินสะสมและเงินสมทบ พ.ศ. 2566 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา ๔ วรรคหนึ่ง มาตรา ๓๑ วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๓๒ วรรคสอง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติกองทุนกำรออมแห่งชำติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๔ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงการคลัง ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑กฎกระทรวงนี้ให้ใช้บังคับตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ มกราคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๖ เป็นต้นไป
  2. Section ๒ให้ยกเลิกกฎกระทรวงกำหนดอัตรำกำรจ่ำยเงินสะสมและเงินสมทบ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๘
  3. Section ๓ให้สมำชิกจ่ำยเงินสะสมเข้ำกองทุนไม่น้อยกว่ำเดือนละห้ำสิบบำท แต่เมื่อรวมกันแล้ว จะต้องไม่เกินสำมหมื่นบำท…
  4. Section ๔ให้รัฐบำลจ่ำยเงินสมทบเข้ำกองทุนสำหรับสมำชิกในอัตรำ ดังต่อไปนี้ (๑) ในกรณีสมำชิกมีอำยุไม่เกินสำมสิบปีบริบูรณ์…
