เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๓๑ ก หนา้ ๕ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดลักษณะของเหรียญกษำปณ์ที่ระลึก 90 ปี กรมธนารักษ์ พ.ศ. 2566 อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในมาตรา 5 วรรคหนึ่ง แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา พ.ศ. 2501 และมาตรา 10 วรรคสำม แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา พ.ศ. 2501 ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดย พระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา (ฉบับที่ 5) พ.ศ. 2536 รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้ ให้กำหนดชนิด รำคำ โลหะ อัตรำเนื้อโลหะ น้ำหนัก ขนำด อัตรำเผื่อเหลือเผื่อขำด ลวดลำย และลักษณะอื่นๆ ของเหรียญกษำปณ์ที่ระลึกในโอกำสครบ 90 ปี กรมธนารักษ์ ในวันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2566 ตำมบัญชีท้ำยกฎกระทรวงนี้ ให้ไว้ ณ วันที่ 18 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖6 อำคม เติมพิทยำไพสิฐ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงการคลัง เลม่ ๑๔๐ ตอนที่ ๓๑ ก หนา้ ๖ หมายเหตุ :- เหตุผลในการประกาศใช้กฎกระทรวงฉบับนี้ คือ โดยที่เป็นการสมควรจัดทำเหรียญกษาปณ์ โลหะสีขาว (ทองแดงผสมนิกเกิล) ราคายี่สิบบาท สองชนิด ออกใช้เพื่อเป็นที่ระลึกในโอกาสครบ 90 ปี กรมธนารักษ์ ในวันที่ 23 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2566 จึงจำเป็นต้องออกกฎกระทรวงนี้
