Preamble
กฎกระทรวง กำหนดฐานะและเงื่อนไขการอยู่ในราชอาณาจักรไทยของผู้เกิดในราชอาณาจักรไทยซึ่งไม่ได้สัญชาติไทย พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๖วรรคหนึ่ง และมาตรา ๗ทวิ วรรคสาม แห่งพระราชบัญญัติสัญชาติ พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๘ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระราชบัญญัติสัญชาติ (ฉบับที่ ๔) พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ รัฐมนตรีว่าการ กระทรวงมหาดไทยออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
