กฎกระทรวงกำหนดอัตราเงินสมทบที่รัฐบาลจ่ายเข้ากองทุนประกันสังคมสำหรับบุคคลซึ่งสมัครเข้าเป็นผู้ประกันตน พ.ศ. 2565 · 2565

ให้รัฐบำลจ่ำยเงินสมทบเข้ำกองทุนสำหรับผู้ประกันตนซึ่งจ่ำยเงินสมทบเพื่อรับ ประโยชน์ทดแทนกรณีประสบอันตรำยหรือเจ็บป่วย กรณีทุพพลภำพ และกรณีตำย ให้แก่ผู้ประกันตน ซึ่งจ่ำยเงินสมทบในแต่ละเดือนในอัตรำ ดังต่อไปนี้
(๑) ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ ถึงวันที่ ๓๑ กรกฎาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ เดือนละยี่สิบเอ็ดบำท
(๒) ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๑ สิงหาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๕ เป็นต้นไป เดือนละสำมสิบบำท
