Section ๒

การยื่นคำขอ การแจ้ง การส่งข้อมูลหรือเอกสารหลักฐาน การติดต่อหรือการออก เอกสารหลักฐานใด ๆ รวมทั้งใบอนุญาต ใบรับแจ้ง ใบแทนใบอนุญาต และใบแทนใบรับแจ้ง ตลอดจนการชำระค่าธรรมเนียมตามกฎกระทรวงนี้ ให้ดำเนินการตามกฎหมายว่าด้วยการปฏิบัติราชการ ทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ในกรณีที่มีเหตุไม่สามารถดำเนินการโดยวิธีการทางอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ได้ ให้ดำเนินการ ณ สถานที่หรือโดยวิธีการ ดังต่อไปนี้

(๑) สถาบันสำรวจและติดตามการปลูกพืชเสพติด

(๒) สำนักงานป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติดกรุงเทพมหานคร

(๓) สำนักงานป้องกันและปราบปรามยาเสพติด ภาค ๑ ถึง ๙

(๔) วิธีการทางไปรษณีย์ลงทะเบียนตอบรับ ณ ที่อยู่ของสถานที่ ตาม (๑) ถึง (๓)

(๕) สถานที่หรือวิธีการอื่นตามที่เลขาธิการ ป.ป.ส. กำหนดโดยประกาศในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
