กฎกระทรวง กำหนดจำนวนเงินที่ให้เหรียญกษาปณ์ราคาเก้าร้อยบาท เป็นเงินที่ชำระหนี้ได้ตามกฎหมาย พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕และมาตรา ๑๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๑ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้ ให้เหรียญกษาปณ์ราคาเก้าร้อยบาท เป็นเงินที่ชำระหนี้ได้ตามกฎหมายโดยไม่จำกัดจำนวน ให้ไว้ ณวันที่ ๔ธันวาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ ปรีดิยาธร เทวกุล รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง เล่ม ๑๒๓ ตอนที่ ๑๒๐ ก หมายเหตุ :- เหตุผลในการประกาศใช้กฎกระทรวงฉบับนี้ คือ โดยที่เป็นการสมควรกำหนดให้เหรียญกษาปณ์ ราคาเก้าร้อยบาท ซึ่งกระทรวงการคลังจัดทำและนำออกใช้ตามกฎกระทรวงออกตามความในพระราชบัญญัติ เงินตรา พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๑เป็นเงินที่ชำระหนี้ได้ตามกฎหมายโดยไม่จำกัดจำนวน จึงจำเป็นต้องออกกฎกระทรวงนี้
