กฎกระทรวง กำหนดจำนวนเงินที่ให้เหรียญกษาปณ์ราคาหนึ่งหมื่นสองพันบาท เป็นเงินที่ชำระหนี้ได้ตามกฎหมาย พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕ และมาตรา ๑๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๑ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้ ให้เหรียญกษาปณ์ราคาหนึ่งหมื่นสองพันบาท เป็นเงินที่ชำระหนี้ได้ตามกฎหมายโดยไม่จำกัดจำนวน ให้ไว้ ณวันที่ ๓๐ พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ ทนง พิทยะ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลัง เล่ม ๑๒๓ ตอนที่ ๕๗ ก หมายเหตุ :- เหตุผลในการประกาศใช้กฎกระทรวงฉบับนี้ คือ โดยที่เป็นการสมควรกำหนดให้ เหรียญกษาปณ์ราคาหนึ่งหมื่นสองพันบาท ซึ่งกระทรวงการคลังจัดทำและนำออกใช้ตามกฎกระทรวงออกตามความ ในพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา พ.ศ.๒๕๐๑เป็นเงินที่ชำระหนี้ได้ตามกฎหมายโดยไม่จำกัดจำนวน จึงจำเป็นต้อง ออกกฎกระทรวงนี้
