กฎกระทรวง กำหนดจำนวนเงินที่ให้เหรียญกษาปณ์ราคาห้าสิบบาท เป็นเงินที่ชำระหนี้ได้ตามกฎหมาย พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๕และมาตรา ๑๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติเงินตรา พ.ศ. ๒๕๐๑ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงการคลังออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
