เมื่อใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ที่ออกให้แก่บริษัทซึ่งเกิดจากการควบเข้ากัน มีผลใช้บังคับแล้ว ให้มีผลเป็นการยกเลิกใบอนุญาตประกอบธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ที่ออกให้แก่บริษัท หลักทรัพย์เดิม ทั้งนี้ ให้สำนักงานรายงานให้รัฐมนตรีทราบถึงการมีผลใช้บังคับของใบอนุญาตประกอบ ธุรกิจหลักทรัพย์ด้วย
