เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๘๗ ก หนา้ ๑๒ กฎกระทรวง กำหนดคุณสมบัติของผู้ซึ่งจะได้รับกำรแต่งตั้งเป็นพนักงำนเจ้ำหน้ำที่ พ.ศ ๒๕๖๔ อำศัยอำนำจตำมควำมในบทนิยำมคำว่ำ “พนักงำนเจ้ำหน้ำที่” ในมาตรา ๔ แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติป้องกันและปรำบปรำมกำรค้ำมนุษย์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ และมาตรา ๕ วรรคสอง แห่งพระรำชบัญญัติป้องกันและปรำบปรำมกำรค้ำมนุษย์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ ซึ่งแก้ไขเพิ่มเติมโดยพระรำชกำหนด แก้ไขเพิ่มเติมพระรำชบัญญัติป้องกันและปรำบปรำมกำรค้ำมนุษย์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๑ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๒ รัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงกำรพัฒนำสังคมและควำมมั่นคงของมนุษย์และรัฐมนตรีว่ำกำรกระทรวงแรงงาน ออกกฎกระทรวงไว้ ดังต่อไปนี้
