เมื่อรับฟังความเห็นของประชาชนแล้ว เจ้าของโครงการจะต้องนำข้อมูล ผลการดำเนินงาน และการปรับปรุงแก้ไขประเด็นที่เกี่ยวข้องที่ได้รับจากการฟังความเห็นของประชาชน ตามแผนงานนั้น ผนวกไว้กับรายงานด้านสิ่งแวดล้อมของโครงการหรือรายงานผลการปฏิบัติ ตามมาตรการที่เสนอกรมธุรกิจพลังงานด้วย
