ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๑๐/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ให้อำนาจหน้าที่ของนายกรัฐมนตรี เป็นอำนาจหน้าที่ของ หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ โดยที่มีกฎหมายบางฉบับ ได้บัญญัติไว้ถึงอำนาจหน้าที่ของนายกรัฐมนตรีในอันที่จะปฏิบัติตาม กฎหมายไว้ และเพื่อประโยชน์แห่งการปฏิบัติตามกฎหมายดังกล่าว หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ จึงมีคำสั่งดังต่อไปนี้ ในระหว่างที่ยังไม่มีผู้ใดดำรงตำแหน่งนายกรัฐมนตรี ให้บรรดาอำนาจหน้าที่ที่กฎหมายบัญญัติไว้ว่า เป็นอำนาจหน้าที่ของนายกรัฐมนตรีหรือคณะรัฐมนตรี ให้เป็น อำนาจหน้าที่ของหัวหน้าคณะรักษา ความสงบแห่งชาติ หรือผู้ที่หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติมอบหมาย ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
