การรับหรือจ่ายก๊าซธรรมชาติอัดจากถังขนส่งก๊าซธรรมชาติอัดต้องมีการต่อสายดิน เพื่อถ่ายเทประจุไฟฟ้าตลอดเวลาที่ทำการรับหรือจ่ายก๊าซธรรมชาติอัด เลม่ ๑๓๘ ตอนที่ ๓๗ ก หนา้ ๒๕ การต่อสายดินให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของสมาคมวิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย ในพระบรมราชูปถัมภ์ หรือมาตรฐานอื่นที่รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนดในราชกิจจานุเบกษา
