การรับหรือจ่ายก๊าซธรรมชาติอัดที่มีการใช้เครื่องสูบอัด เครื่องสูบอัดนั้นต้องเป็น ชนิดที่ใช้กับก๊าซธรรมชาติอัดโดยเฉพาะ และมีระบบป้องกันความดันก๊าซเกินพิกัดของความดัน ที่ออกแบบไว้สำหรับถังขนส่งก๊าซธรรมชาติอัดนั้น การใช้ระบบอื่นในการรับหรือจ่ายก๊าซธรรมชาติอัดต้องเป็นไปตามที่อธิบดีกรมธุรกิจพลังงาน เห็นชอบ
