ผู้รับใบอนุญาตที่ประสงค์จะปรับปรุงสถานที่ทำ ครอบครองหรือใช้เครื่องกำเนิดรังสี หรือแก้ไขเปลี่ยนแปลงมาตรการหรือวิธีการที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการป้องกันอันตรายจากรังสี ต้องได้รับอนุญาต จากเลขาธิการตามหลักเกณฑ์ วิธีการ และเงื่อนไขที่เลขาธิการประกาศกำหนด
