Section ๑๗
ผู้รับใบอนุญาตมีไว้ในครอบครองหรือใช้เครื่องกำเนิดรังสีที่ประสงค์จะยกเลิกการมีไว้ ในครอบครองหรือใช้เครื่องกำเนิดรังสี ให้ยื่นคำขอยกเลิกการมีไว้ในครอบครองหรือใช้เครื่องกำเนิดรังสี ต่อเลขาธิการ และต้องจัดการกับเครื่องกำเนิดรังสีตามหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีการที่เลขาธิการประกาศกำหนด
