ผู้ใดประสงค์จะนำเข้าหรือส่งออกเครื่องกำเนิดรังสี ให้ยื่นคำขอรับใบอนุญาต ต่อเลขาธิการ พร้อมด้วยเอกสารและหลักฐานตามที่ระบุไว้ในแบบคำขอรับใบอนุญาต การขอรับใบอนุญาตนำเข้าเครื่องกำเนิดรังสี ผู้ขอรับใบอนุญาตต้องยื่นหลักฐานรับรอง ความปลอดภัยของเครื่องกำเนิดรังสีตามที่เลขาธิการประกาศกำหนดด้วย
