Preamble

ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๑๖/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ให้ปลัดกระทรวงปฏิบัติราชการแทนรัฐมนตรีเป็นการชั่วคราว ตามที่คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ (คสช.) ได้เข้าควบคุมอำนาจในการปกครองประเทศ ตามประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๑/๒๕๕๗ ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ แล้วนั้น เพื่อให้การบริหารราชการของคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อย และ เกิดความต่อเนื่องในการปฏิบัติ จึงกำหนดให้ปลัดกระทรวงปฏิบัติราชการแทนรัฐมนตรีในแต่ละกระทรวง เป็นการชั่วคราวจนกว่าจะมีคำสั่งเปลี่ยนแปลง ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
