ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๒/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง การประกาศใช้กฎอัยการศึกทั่วราชอาณาจักร ตามที่คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ได้ยึดอำนาจการปกครอง ตั้งแต่ วันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ เวลา ๑๖๓๐ เพื่อให้การรักษาความสงบเรียบร้อยเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และนำความสงบสุขกลับคืนสู่ประชาชนทุกกลุ่มทุกฝ่ายโดยเร็ว จึงอาศัยอำนาจตามความใน มาตรา ๔ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติกฎอัยการศึก พุทธศักราช ๒๔๕๗ ประกาศใช้กฎอัยการศึก ทั่วราชอาณาจักร ตั้งแต่ วันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ เวลา ๑๖๓๐ เป็นต้นไป ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป จนกว่าจะมีประกาศเปลี่ยนแปลง ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
