ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๔๓/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ความผิดที่อยู่ในอำนาจพิจารณาพิพากษาคดีของศาลทหาร ตามที่คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติได้ออกประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๓๗/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ความผิดที่อยู่ในอำนาจพิจารณาพิพากษาคดีของศาลทหาร ลงวันที่ ๒๕ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ นั้น เพื่อให้การดำเนินคดีเกี่ยวกับการกระทำความผิดของเด็กและเยาวชนเป็นไปอย่างเหมาะสม หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ จึงประกาศให้การกระทำความผิดของเด็กหรือเยาวชน ตามประกาศฉบับดังกล่าว เป็นคดีที่ต้องดำเนินในศาลเยาวชนและครอบครัว และไม่อยู่ในอำนาจ พิจารณาพิพากษาของศาลทหาร ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๗ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
