ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๔๔/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ให้เรือนจำในสังกัดกรมราชทัณฑ์กระทรวงยุติธรรมปฏิบัติตามหมายของศาลทหาร ตามที่คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ได้ออกประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๓๗/๒๕๕๗ ลงวันที่ ๒๕ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ และ ฉบับที่ ๓๘/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง คดีที่ ประกอบด้วยการกระทำหลายอย่างเกี่ยวโยงกันให้อยู่ในอำนาจของศาลทหาร ลงวันที่ ๒๕ พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. ๒๕๕๗ นั้น เพื่อให้มีหน่วยงานที่ทำหน้าที่สนับสนุนการดำเนินการให้เป็นไปตามคำสั่งหรือ คำพิพากษาของศาลทหาร หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ จึงประกาศให้เรือนจำทั้งหลาย ที่อยู่ในสังกัดกรมราชทัณฑ์ กระทรวงยุติธรรม เป็นหน่วยงานที่มีหน้าที่ปฏิบัติตามหมายของศาลทหารด้วย ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๗ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
