ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๓/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ห้ามออกนอกเคหะสถาน ตามที่คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ได้ยึดอำนาจการปกครอง ตั้งแต่ วันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ เวลา ๑๖๓๐ อาศัยอำนาจตามความในมาตรา ๑๑ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติกฎอัยการศึก พุทธศักราช ๒๔๕๗ จึงกำหนดมาตรการดังนี้ ๑. ห้ามมิให้บุคคลใดทั่วราชอาณาจักร ออกนอกเคหะสถาน ภายในเวลา ๒๒๐๐ ถึง ๐๕๐๐ ตั้งแต่วันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๕๗ เป็นต้นไป เว้นแต่ได้รับอนุญาตจากพนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ เพื่อไม่ให้ มีการปฏิบัติที่ก่อให้เกิดความเดือดร้อนกับประชาชนเกินสมควรแก่เหตุ ๒. ให้พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ตามพระราชบัญญัติกฎอัยการศึก พุทธศักราช ๒๔๕๗ เข้าปฏิบัติหน้าที่ ในเขตพื้นที่ และระยะเวลาที่กำหนดได้ ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
