Preamble

ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๓๐/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ให้วุฒิสภาสิ้นสุดลง ตามที่ได้มีประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๑๑/๒๕๕๗ ลงวันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๕๗ ให้วุฒิสภาที่มีอยู่ ณ วันที่ประกาศดังกล่าวมีผลใช้บังคับ ยังคงปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไป นั้น เพื่อประโยชน์ ในการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ จึงมีประกาศดังต่อไปนี้

  1. Section ๑ให้วุฒิสภาที่ยังคงปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ ณ วันที่ประกาศฉบับนี้มีผลใช้บังคับ สิ้นสุดลง
  2. Section ๒ในกรณีที่มีกฎหมายบัญญัติให้การดำเนินการเรื่องใดต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากรัฐสภา สภาผู้แทนราษฎร หรือวุฒิสภา…
