ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๓๐/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ให้วุฒิสภาสิ้นสุดลง ตามที่ได้มีประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๑๑/๒๕๕๗ ลงวันที่ ๒๒ พฤษภาคม ๒๕๕๗ ให้วุฒิสภาที่มีอยู่ ณ วันที่ประกาศดังกล่าวมีผลใช้บังคับ ยังคงปฏิบัติหน้าที่ต่อไป นั้น เพื่อประโยชน์ ในการบริหารราชการแผ่นดิน หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ จึงมีประกาศดังต่อไปนี้

ให้วุฒิสภาที่ยังคงปฏิบัติหน้าที่อยู่ ณ วันที่ประกาศฉบับนี้มีผลใช้บังคับ สิ้นสุดลง

ในกรณีที่มีกฎหมายบัญญัติให้การดำเนินการเรื่องใดต้องได้รับความเห็นชอบจากรัฐสภา สภาผู้แทนราษฎร หรือวุฒิสภา ให้เป็นอำนาจของหัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ในการให้ความเห็นชอบ แทนรัฐสภา สภาผู้แทนราษฎร หรือวุฒิสภา ในเรื่องนั้น ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๔ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
