ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๔๖/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ความผิดเกี่ยวกับการติดตามทวงถามหนี้ ด้วยปรากฏว่ามีบุคคลหรือกลุ่มบุคคลมีพฤติกรรมในการติดตามทวงถามหนี้จากชาวนาอย่างไม่เป็นธรรม และเป็นการฝ่าฝืนบทบัญญัติแห่งกฎหมาย โดยผู้กระทำความผิดไม่เกรงกลัวต่อการบังคับใช้กฎหมาย ของเจ้าหน้าที่ของรัฐ และโทษที่จะได้รับสำหรับความผิดนั้น เพื่อเป็นการรักษาความมั่นคงและความสงบ เรียบร้อยของบ้านเมือง คณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ จึงออกประกาศดังต่อไปนี้ ผู้ใดข่มขืนใจชาวนาให้ยอมให้หรือยอมจะให้ตนหรือผู้อื่นได้ประโยชน์ในลักษณะที่เป็นทรัพย์สิน โดยใช้กำลังประทุษร้าย หรือโดยขู่เข็ญว่าจะทำอันตรายต่อชีวิต ร่างกาย เสรีภาพ ชื่อเสียง หรือ ทรัพย์สินของชาวนาหรือของบุคคลที่สาม จนผู้ถูกข่มขืนใจยอมเช่นว่านั้น ผู้นั้นต้องระวางโทษจำคุก ไม่เกินสองปีหรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๘ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
