ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๕๒/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง ยกเลิกการห้ามออกนอกเคหสถานในบางพื้นที่ เพื่อเป็นการเสริมสร้างบรรยากาศการท่องเที่ยว และลดผลกระทบจากการห้ามออกนอกเคหสถาน ในพื้นที่ที่อยู่ในสภาวะสงบ และปราศจากการชุมนุมทางการเมืองอันส่งผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคงของชาติ จึงให้ยกเลิกการห้ามออกนอกเคหสถานในพื้นที่เมืองพัทยา จังหวัดชลบุรี พื้นที่อำเภอเกาะสมุย จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี และจังหวัดภูเก็ต สำหรับในพื้นที่อื่น ให้ยังคงปฏิบัติตามประกาศคณะรักษา ความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๔๒/๒๕๕๗ ลงวันที่ ๒๖ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง แก้ไขห้วงเวลา ห้ามออกนอกเคหสถาน ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป จนกว่าจะมีประกาศเปลี่ยนแปลง ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๓ มิถุนายน พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
