ประกาศคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ ฉบับที่ ๓๙/๒๕๕๗ เรื่อง การกำหนดเงื่อนไขการปล่อยตัวของบุคคลที่มารายงานตัวต่อคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ เพื่อให้มาตรการรักษาความสงบของบ้านเมืองเป็นไปด้วยความเรียบร้อยและมีประสิทธิภาพ จึงกำหนดเงื่อนไขและมาตรการเกี่ยวกับการรายงานตัวของบุคคลตามคำสั่งหรือประกาศคณะรักษา ความสงบแห่งชาติ ดังนี้ ๑. ให้บุคคลที่มารายงานตัวต่อคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติและได้รับการปล่อยตัว ปฏิบัติ ตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดตามแบบแนบท้ายคำสั่งนี้อย่างเคร่งครัด ๒. บุคคลใดฝ่าฝืนหรือไม่ปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนดในข้อ ๑ ต้องระวางโทษจำคุกไม่เกินสองปี หรือปรับไม่เกินสี่หมื่นบาท หรือทั้งจำทั้งปรับ ทั้งนี้ ตั้งแต่บัดนี้เป็นต้นไป ประกาศ ณ วันที่ ๒๕ พฤษภาคม พุทธศักราช ๒๕๕๗ พลเอก ประยุทธ์ จันทร์โอชา หัวหน้าคณะรักษาความสงบแห่งชาติ
