ให้หัวหน้าครัวเรือนหรือสมาชิกในครัวเรือนของทุกครัวเรือนที่อยู่ในเขตท้องที่ตามข้อ ๕ ซึ่งได้รับคัดเลือกเป็นครัวเรือนตัวอย่าง เป็นผู้ให้ข้อมูลแก่พนักงานเจ้าหน้าที่ โดยการให้สัมภาษณ์ ตอบแบบสอบถามผ่านระบบเครือข่ายอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือด้วยวิธีการอื่น ตามที่ผู้อำนวยการประกาศกำหนด
