ในกฎกระทรวงนี้ “ผู้อนุญาต” หมายความว่า เลขาธิการหรือผู้ซึ่งเลขาธิการมอบหมาย “ใบอนุญาต” หมายความว่า ใบอนุญาตให้ตรวจสอบและรับรองมาตรฐาน “ผู้ประกอบการตรวจสอบมาตรฐาน” หมายความว่า ผู้ได้รับใบอนุญาตให้ตรวจสอบ และรับรองมาตรฐาน
