เมื่อผู้ขอรับใบอนุญาตได้ชำระค่าธรรมเนียมใบอนุญาตตามข้อ ๕ วรรคหนึ่งแล้ว ให้ผู้อนุญาตออกใบอนุญาตแก่ผู้ขอรับใบอนุญาตภายในสามวันนับแต่วันที่ได้รับค่าธรรมเนียม
