ให้หน่วยงานที่ประสงค์จะผลิตยายื่นแบบแจ้งการผลิตยาต่อเลขาธิการคณะกรรมการ อาหารและยา พร้อมด้วยข้อมูล เอกสาร หรือหลักฐานที่ระบุในแบบแจ้ง และเมื่อได้ใบรับแจ้งแล้ว จึงจะดำเนินการได้
